What are your delivery times?

Sydney Plant Co in-house local deliveries are available for most Sydney Metro areas & completed Monday-Friday anytime between 7am-7pm.

We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery window, however you can request a day in your order notes and we will do the best we can to accommodate.

Our shipping partners generally deliver Monday-Friday during business hours.

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

Generally, no. All of our deliveries are ‘authority to leave’ provided we can find a safe location to leave your goods. If you can provide delivery notes in your order that makes our job even easier :)

A photograph will be taken once your order has been delivered to prevent any anomalies.

If we can’t find a safe place to leave your order we will attempt to contact you for further instruction. A re-delivery fee may apply in extreme circumstances if we are unable to deliver your order.

Unfortunately Sydney Plant Co is unable to accept any responsibility for orders damaged or stolen after delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

Sydney Plant Co offers multiple types of delivery options, to suit your timeline, budget & location. Please keep in mind gardening products are generally heavy, fragile & have a large cubic mass compared to many other online products.

Our shopping cart automatically calculates your orders weight and will display available shipping options.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free in-house local delivery in our Sydney Plant Co van for orders over $199 and within 15km of Alexandria 2015.

Outside 15km of our warehouse? No problem. We also offer a 50% discount on in-house local delivery fees for locations within 40km for orders over $199.

We also offer free shipping via our courier partner on orders over $150 to Metro Sydney postcodes 2000->2234. (Excludes Oversize Items Including Planters & Large Bags Of Mix)

Do you provide shipping all over Australia?

We provide shipping all over Australia via our delivery partners.

Heavier orders can also be shipped on a case-by-case basis. This will be dependent on the weight of your order, area, and delivery access. Please contact us before placing your order.

Depending on the size of your order it may have to be transported on a skid/pallet that we and our delivery partner are unable to remove from site after unpacking.

Do you provide Worldwide shipping?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide worldwide shipping.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

Sydney Plant Co is unable to cancel orders for change of mind. If you notify us within 2 hours of placing your order with your concern we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I receive the wrong product?

In the event the wrong product has been packed or delivered please notify us within 24 hours via email so we can arrange re-delivery of the correct product and collection of the incorrect product. Sorry we’re only human :)

What happens if my items are faulty or damaged?

If your goods are faulty or damaged you must notify Sydney Plant Co within 24 hours of delivery via email. Please attach images of the affected items and list them in your email.

If you’re unable to notify us within 24 hours of delivery Sydney Plant Co is unable to honour claims and therefore deem the goods were delivered in perfect condition.

Products

How do I return my product?

Sydney Plant Co does not offer refunds for change of mind, however we will happily offer an exchange or store credit providing you notify us within 14 days of your purchase. To facilitate this, you will need to contact us via email and arrange a suitable time to return your product to our warehouse in Alexandria, NSW. All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging & in a saleable condition.

How do I care for my product?

Care and use instructions are provided on each product. Should you need further information please contact Sydney Plant Co via email.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Some of our items come with a supplier warranty, as advertised in their product description. For these, we will happily arrange any replacements with our suppliers directly. 

Sydney Plant Co is unable to offer any further extended warranties on any items due to the perishable nature of garden products.
