Refund policy
Sydney Plant Co does not offer refunds for change of mind, however we will happily offer an exchange or store credit providing you notify us within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at hello@sydneyplantco.com.au and arrange a suitable time to return your product to our warehouse in Alexandria, NSW.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item by emailing hello@sydneyplantco.com.au.
Damages and issues
If your goods are faulty or damaged you must notify Sydney Plant Co within 24 hours of delivery via email to hello@sydneyplantco.com.au. Please attach images of the affected items and list them in your email.
If you’re unable to notify us within 24 hours of delivery Sydney Plant Co is unable to honour claims and therefore deem the goods were delivered in perfect condition.
